Professional members are encouraged to provide guidance as to how to gain entry into their field and/or how to be promoted to their repective levels. This is an example of how we all WIN, if you are a   “Big Pharma” sales representative, you are encouraged to share information as to how to obtain an entry level sales job in the industry as you would expect a biotech or oncology reprepresentative to assist you gain entry into their buiness. If you are a high performing specialty sales representative with aspirations for management, we encourge our DM’s to provide information to you as they expect to be mentored by Directors and as Directors are expected to be mentored by VP’s etc. This model works particualry well across all professions being that our professional members are very ambititious.
